Rattha has been in joint venture with Prestige group for its two developments With Appaswamy real estate, Rattha group is developing Greensville – a residential development in OMR spread over 3 acres to build 323 apartments.
Presently the group is ventured with Prestige for developing an area of around 50 lac sq. ft. and is in talks with Prestige group to develop an area of around 75 lac sq.ft. as a future undertaking.
